Jeff is unusual in a number of ways. He has studied yoga, Pilates, and personal fitness, and is certified in both yoga and fitness. Both in the studio over the last few years, and during this Covid-imposed web-based period, he has used that variety of experience and training to help me stay mobile, balanced, and strong.
